I was circumcised 18month ago and my phimosis has returned, my initial phimosis was brought on by my own doing as I am very rough while masturbating which caused my foreskin to scar which led to the phimosis. What I'm wondering is will the rings help with my phimosis

Hi buddy welcome to the forum.
Could you explain the circumcision further eg. did they perform a dorsal slit procedure and leave most of the foreskin otherwise intact?
Do you currently have any issues such as soreness, itching etc
